New traveling sensation, Sunanin Ali Yasir is my favorite nowadays. On searching more about him I came to know he is my junior in law school. We arranged a meeting. It was a great meet-up. So the dialogue began, I will tell you just traveling chunks…
Tell me something about you Sunain.
“I was born in 1995 and I am from Alipur, Pakistan. My father’s name is Yasir Altaf Hussain. I have two sisters and one brother whose name is Husnain Ali Yasir. I studied from sixth class to twelfth at Rashid Minhas School, Alipur. I did my bachelor’s in Arts from Bahauddin Zakariya University then took admitted to Gillani Law College, Multan for LLB. I completed my LLB in 2018 and now I am an Advocate in High Court. I started photography in 2009. I made my first video in 2013. Day by day I polished my filmmaking skills and started traveling in 2018.My team members are Shakir Ajmal, Abdullah Ashraf, Attaullah Niazi and Subhan Khan. I worked as Media Head for Gillani Law College when I was studying there. I shot 3 videos for Gillani Law College which were displayed in Auditorium. My famous video of that time was Lipdub 2k18. These videos were also uploaded on Youtube.”
“Travelling kahan sy a gai darmyan? you didn’t tell a bit about your traveling ventures till now”
He smiled and said, “ Aaa actually basically I am a cinematographer, travelling was never in my agenda.”
So from where it started?”
“My friend planned to go to Dubai. He asked me to join him. I joined him and my first visit was to Dubai in 2018. It was a marvelous experience, I felt for it. I felt this is what I need. This quenches some kind of thirst of mine. Then came visits of Egypt, Thailand, and Turkey and now its going on…”
Tell me one liners unique or stirring things about your these tours.
“Dubians mocked about Pakistanis. They were harsh to us. Thailand taught me, how to love my country and culture and how to be proud, but the marine life smell is foul there. Turkey and Egypt were deeply in love with Pakistan. My visit to Mount Sinai was life-changing. I became silent for hours after that sunrise experience at Mount Sinai. I waved the Pakistani flag there despite of restrictions.
