“ Drowned “

As I drowned in his hushed lies,
I started developing jaded reflections.
All I saw in his lethal eyes,
Was my impure soul,  my imperfections.

And then I drowned,
In this oblique reality.
Enclosed by the walls,  where I was bound,
With no indulgence,  no specialty.

All I had wished for was a vivacious life,
But all I ever got was ludicrous taunts,  continuous cries.

I am now so fragile,  now in pain,
Just like a snowy fluff.
But here I am,  all in vain,
Burdened by chains and cuff.
