I know we heard and read a lot about this Quarantine and COVID 19. This self-isolation made us limited towards the things and people. But, our mental health taking a huge toll on us right now. Without going outside and keep yourself busy at home is hard for some of us. Let’s not forget how grateful this time can turn by doing those things that were pending on our list for so long that we forget it now.

Here is a bunch of things you can do this quarantine

I promise those are not the ones that everybody telling on the internet.

1.      Virtual online museum

If you are interested in history and art go check out an online virtual museum. Many websites are showcasing this and you can thoroughly enjoy the tour without getting tired. Importantly, the first time you can have a snack along with you in the museum. So, Enjoy and snack hard.

2.      Explore and learn

A skill you wanted to try, a new hobby you are interested in, a book you wanna read. There are so many things you can learn from home without losing your precious time. Don’t let the time go to waste look it as an opportunity to build a new skill that you have been holding on.

3.      Dance like a maniac

Try dancing you might surprise yourself by doing so. If you are alone trying to bring your friends on a video call and if you are a couple you don’t need any advice 😉  It is a perfect way to bring all the moves on a table and became a rock star after this isolation is over.

4.      Build relationships

If you are living with other peoples try taking an interest in their hobbies. You might learn something that you have not expected. Simultaneously this will bring out a healthy relationship between both of you. Either you are with your friends, partners, or even parents. Use this time to build relationships over materialistic things.

5.      Clean (after all this quarantine is all about hygiene)

Clean those dirty corners of your house! Yes, you heard it right clean them up. They have been waiting for your love and attention for so long. Without getting it, there are rotting for you.

6.      Celebrate little things

Celebrate small things like never before. It’s Friday night and you made a pizza let’s make this a breaking news to your roommates and your online friends. They might start craving but hey! Its Friday night you got to celebrate.

7.      Let your bed breathe too

Make sure to move away from your bed for a change. Start doing some walking, exercise, or even skipping. It will help you to get tired physically and you will get the best night’s sleep.

8.      Pinterest meals

Try making all those meals that are pinned down on your Pinterest. Yes, it is a time to make it and get over it with your lame excuses. Make it Instagram worthy! Host indoor picnics and camping with delicious food.

9.      Journaling

Schedule your day, week, or even a month. Start journaling and doodling. No pressure of what it should look like, just do it the way you like it.

10.  Procrastinate

Do absolutely nothing and that’s okay. Take no pressure! Run things according to you, not by the society telling you. However, we understand procrastination, and we Stan those who make an effort to get out of it.

11.  Netflix and chill

We know everyone is watching their favorite shows. You should start watching them too! Low-key we know you are watching. Let’s just assume that you are not, You should relax and chill.

I hope these tips and tricks and ideas help you to dive deeper into thoughts and motivated you enough to get things started and made your life less miserable in this quarantine.
