Ingredients:
To boil pasta

9 cups of water
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
3 cup pasta (penne pasta or any other pasta of your choice. But do not try spaghetti or lasagna)

Oil: 2 tablespoon
To boil chicken
-
Chicken( boneless, cut in cubes): 300 grams
-
Water: 1/4 cup
-
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
-
Black pepper: 1/2teaspoon
-
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
To saute
-
Boiled chicken ( as mentioned above)
-
Canned Mushrooms( sliced): 1 tin of 400 grams- remove its water
-
Onion: 1 medium chopped
-
Salt ¼ teaspoon, or as required only to add flavor
-
Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon
-
Oil: 2 tablespoon
To make the white sauce
-
Flour( maida): 4 tablespoon
-
Butter: 4 tablespoon
-
Milk: 4 cups
-
Chilli flakes: 2 teaspoon
-
Salt:1/2 teaspoon
-
Black pepper powder:3/4 teaspoon
-
White pepper powder:3/4 teaspoon
-
Mixed herbs: ½ teaspoon
-
Cream:150 grams
-
Cheddar Cheese shredded: ½ cup
-
Chicken cube: 1
-
Garlic powder: ½ teaspoon
Step by Step Instructions to cook this creamy pasta:
To boil pasta:
-
Firstly, boil water in a pot with salt.

As the water comes to a boil, add pasta.
-
Boil the pasta for 7-8 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked; soft and tender. As it gets cooked, add cooking oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Mix it.

Drain off the pasta.

Pass normal water from the tap. It also prevents the sticking of pasta together. Set the cooked pasta aside.
To boil chicken:

Take another pan.
-
Add chicken in it with water.
-
Add garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper powder to it. Stir. Bring the water to boil on medium to high flame.

Then cover the pan and reduce the flame to low heat and cook the chicken for 20 minutes till it is soft and tender.

Dry up any remaining water and stir fry chicken.
To sauté:
-
Take a frying pan, add cooking oil. Heat it.
-
Now add chicken to it, mushrooms, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.

Fry it on high flame for 3 to 5minutes. Turn off the flame. Then keep the pan aside.
White sauce preparation:
-
For preparing the white sauce for pasta, heat butter.
-
When the butter melts, add flour or maida and sauté on low flame.
-
Sauté until it turns aromatic yet does not change its color.

Now add 2cups of warm milk and mix well and continuously till the sauce thickens without forming any lumps.

Now add the remaining milk and mix continuously.

Add, chili flakes, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, mixed herbs, crushed chicken cube, and garlic powder. Mix well all the spices.

Now add cream. Mix well. This makes the white sauce thick and creamy.

Finally, add some grated cheese and mix well.

Keep the flame low at all times.

Now add the fried chicken with mushrooms and onion to the white sauce and combine well.

Now add in boiled pasta and mix gently.

If you find the sauce thickens, add some more milk to get the desired consistency and thickness.

Mix gently making sure everything is well combined.
